All 18K Posh & Pearls body chains and jewelry and every piece made by us (925 sterling silver, 18k gold plated stainless steel, gemstones, freshwater pearls, high quality pearls, antique upcycled glass beads and more) is 100% handmade in Barcelona, Spain. Therefor and due to high demand, it will take 4-7 business days before the items are ready for shipment.

After your payment has been successfully completed and you passed the check-out is closed, you will receive an automated email. Please note that this email may end arrive in your SPAM/JUNK folder if this is your first time ordering at Posh & Pearls.

As a small business we strive to make a change in the world. And truly appreciate your support of the Posh & Pearls philosophy and our products. In the unlikely event that any issues arise with your order, we will contact you immediately and you can resolve it directly with Nina.

As you may have read on our Custom Order section, you have the opportunity to place a custom order. Every body chain can be customized due to your desires. It is also possible to redo a piece you see on our Instagram page or any other Social Media account of Posh & Pearls. Please keep in mind that we won’t copy designs of other artists, as a matter of mutual respect.

We accept payment through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. If you have any questions about one of those payment methods, please contact the intended payment provider.


Delivery, Taxes and Duties

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Once we have posted your order you must contact the responsible delivery company.  

Posh & Pearls is not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 


Refund & Return Policies

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade and has been customized individually for you. However there are certain exemptions to this, so feel free to contact to discuss your particular situation.
